Where can my 2014 Fiat 500e (1st gen) charge at Tesla Superchargers?

No. The 2014 500e (1st gen) has no DC fast-charge port, and there is no adapter that connects it to a Supercharger. Tesla Destination Chargers (AC) are also out, since those need a different adapter and a J1772 or NACS AC inlet. No DC fast charging at all; cannot use Superchargers.
